July is not the month to blog. I've realized that when it's hot I write less. Too much witty banter seeps out of my pores and I can't focus due to dehydration. I get lazy and just want to lye around and sleep until it's autumn. Clearly it's some sort of reverse hibernation. August is around the corner I will try and be more productive verbally.
Even now I'm nodding off....ssleepy...zzzzzzz.

I "Heart" Brandy
So to complete my three part mini-blogisode revolving around my brief yet fruitful run in with Dame Kristen Johnston (title implied by me only and not the Queen, at least not yet).
I performed at Small Stages last Friday night and my friends Ned and Richard were so sweet to come see me shake my jelly. After the show Ned was like listen to this! He hooked me up to his iPhone and played a voice mail from Ms. Johnston which was left the day following he and I going to the Mint Fundraising Event (see blog) Titled - Pass the Mints - June 21, 2010
KJ went on about leaving a package for Ned and where to pick it up blah blah blah and while lovely to hear her instructions secretly thought to myself, “why is Ned making me listen to this?” Then at the very end she pauses and says, “by the way I love Brandy. I think I might be in love with Brandy. Naaaawwwwww. But I do love her.”
Mission accomplished. I left my first favorable impression on a famous person without being to gushy or seemingly overeager to be liked. I was just me and that was enough.......I win! lol!!!

ps-in case you haven't seen a repeat of 3rd Rock from the Sun in awhile...this be KJ and THE only reason to watch Bride Wars more than once!! lol!
