I'm starting to miss lyrics. Am I getting that old that I really want to know what the hell everyone is singing?? Only I can't understand the lyrics of songs over the accompaniment....someone get me my walker...lol
So I thought I would start by periodically posting some of my favorite lyrics of all time. Simple, clear, clean songs that can make you smile or shed a tear. It's been on my mind lately because during the Bea Arthur Golden Girls Marathon this weekend they showed the episode in which Dorothy sings this lovely tune. I watched this marathon too Brandy. Gidget had a bad reaction to her rabies vaccine, REALLY bad and was rushed back to the emergency. While I waited alone at home to hear the news, I watched the girls. Over and over and over.
